Premiere: Monika Kruse meets Pig&Dan with ‘Get Me On’

Berlin based DJ and producer Monika Kruse joins forces with fellow techno innovators Pig&Dan to the deliver the ‘Get Me On’ EP, featuring the resounding and edgy title track.

Both veterans in the industry, Kruse and Pig&Dan have previously collaborated on quality material in the past, releasing the ‘Oblivion’ EP last year which included the standout gem ‘Satisfaction’. That tune landed on Mixmag’s top techno tracks of 2016, and the trio plan to make a bold statement with their latest collaboration.

‘Get Me On’ delivers the driving techno essence that’s ruling over dancefloors as of late, with booming bass, fluttering, melodic synth tones and chopped vocals. Kruse shared how the collaboration was a pleasure once again: “I’m always happy to spend time with my brothers in the studio because we have so much fun and it just flows. For me this is one of my most emotional production works over the past few years. Combining soul vocals with melodic techno is a pure expression of who I am as an artist.”

With a busy summer on the horizon, Kruse also announced she plans to showcase her first ever Monika Kruse & Friends party during Off Week in Barcelona on June 15.
