Premiere: Anz's 'Clanger' is an eerie creeper loaded with low-end bass groans
Manchester just keeps on giving
Manchester: a music lover's dream. Madchester, acid house, Oasis, the late Marcus Intalex, and a never-ending stream of cutting edge bass music.
Anz is the latest producer to make our ears prick up as she's prepping her debut, self-titled EP on party-turned-label Chow Down. Roll through her SoundCloud and you'll find a fruity drum roll take on Ruff Sqwad's 'Function On The Low' and a beastly production, 'Just Eat', for London MC Jammz.
She's already proved her production game is tight, but now she's able to officially showcase it with four gnarly bass-groaning tracks.
Pan pipes hoot on the eerie 'Clanger', backed by weighty bass kicks, freaky wails and spiraling whooshes. Get ready to hear this one creeping up on you in the dance sometime soon.
Anz's debut EP is out on June 12 via Chow Down. Pre-order it here
