New intimate club Yu Yu opens in Mexico City
A fresh hotspot for local talent
Located in Mexico City’s Juárez neighborhood, a new 120-capacity nightclub called Yu Yu has opened its doors to the public.
The warm new space, which is hidden away in the basement of a 19th-century building, will serve as a close-knit locale for both established Mexican talent and visiting performers alike.
The venue plans to run as a regular destination for the plethora of local talent in the city. Between supporting emerging artists like ViiV and established crews like NAAFI, Yu Yu has already positioned itself as an essential destination for techno and house enthusiasts both living in and and visiting the city.
On top of this, the intimate space has booked a number of international headliners such as the telluric DJ/producer Auntie Flo for their upcoming NYE party and Romanian treasure Rhadoo for January 13.
Furthermore, Yu Yu will be curating a stage in a underground cave in the jungle during Comunité Festival in Tulum, Mexico this coming January. Learn more here.
