Music history documentary series 'ReMastered' announced by Netflix
The series will explore Bob Marley’s shooting alongside music's other high-profile events
Get ready: Netflix has just announced a new music history documentary series, ‘ReMastered.’ It's due to launch October 12.
Taking a deeper look at music's myths and mysteries, the Netflix original series sets out to forge alternative insights on high-profile events and investigations, which were previously reported in the press.
Released monthly, the 8-part series will focus on a different musician and the stories surrounding them each episode. Featured artists will include Johnny Cash, Bob Marley, Robert Johnson, Jam Master Jay, and more.
Behind the series is Emmy-award winning filmmakers Michael Zimbalist and Jeff Zimbalist alongside acclaimed directors Kief Davidson, Barbara Kopple, and Sara Dosa.
