Morgan Hislop releases ‘About 2 Be’ with OhEm

Morgan Hislop has just released the technicolour pop track ‘About 2 Be’ - the track is the inaugural release for new London based record label, ‘Remedy!’.

It features the vocals of London based singer OhEm. The softly sung pop vocals paired with the exciting production makes the song a feel-good anthem.

The lyrics ruminate on the anticipation and excitement of someone’s first night with someone new.

He has helped bring the ideas of artists like AJ Tracey, UNIIQU3, and DJ Earl to life through his visual work, while also establishing a reputation as one of London’s major suppliers of day-glo music.

For a unique take on the current pop genre, Hislop combines numerous rhythms and a hi-octane crescendo in this new single.

The song also serves as the debut release for Remedy!, a new London-based record label. Morgan Hislop was the first artist to sign with the label, and the label aspires to become a platform that supports artists' long-term growth by assisting individuals signed to the label in realising their artistic potential and vision across a variety of projects.
