Man With No Shadow first came into our orbit with a concrete remix of Copy Paste Soul. With his career building, the Dutch producer has found the perfect home at Tom Budden's ALiVE imprint.
Main track 'Urge' plunders the best bits of the 90s but brings things up to date with an impeccable production of punchy drums, vocal snips and bubbling arpeggios, while 'Money Talks' is more of a stripped-back affair with an infectious clanging bell.
'Tom Ross', meanwhile, might sounds like the name of a mate of my dad's, but is actually the title of a brawny slice of festival house with menacing bass tones.
