A new wave of electronic music talents are navigating the scene Stateside and transcending all expectations despite their age and experience. Chicago duo Louis the Child are amongst the standouts - as Mixmag named in a list of American artists taking dance music to the next level in 2016 - and with a headlining tour and a debut set in stone for Coachella this year, the young duo are wasting no time at all to make their mark in the scene early on.

After a handful of delectable remixes and just one original output, it's time to receive the second original tune from Louis the Child.

Released as part of OWSLA's 'Worldwide Broadcast' compilation, the duo has once again been chosen to join a select group of talents that are projected to be champions in the coming new year.

Mixmag has the first listen of Louis The Child's 'From Here', an offering that dances with a balanced playfulness to complement the heavy emphases of the duo's future bass influences.

Hear the first play of 'From Here' below.
