Lindsay Lohan to star in reality TV show about her nightclubs in Greece
Showcasing the entrepreneurial side to her life
Lindsay Lohan, the controversial actress turned entrepreneur, is planning a new reality TV series that will focus on her endeavors owning and operating nightclubs in Greece as well as a proposed beach club in Dubai.
After starring in a string of movies and TV shows as a young actress Lohan, was continuously in tabloids for her public outbursts and drug use. Now on the eve of her 32 birthday, she has apparently turned her life around and now owns two nightclubs, one in Mykonos and one in Athens, that are named after herself.
Speaking with The New York Times, Lohan touched on how her life has changed in recent years: "There’s a business side to my life now, but I’m not in America, so no one knows about it. I’m a normal, nice person. A good person … I don’t have any bad intentions. And my past has to stay in the past. People have to just let go of it and stop bringing it up because … it’s gone. It’s dead. And that’s the most important thing to me.”
Set to air on MTV, the reality show is still in development, but as the Times points out, it will apparently be "a Vanderpump Rules-style reality show for MTV centered around the club and a general outlook that, at this point, if Ms. Lohan can believe it, she can achieve it.”
In other news, MTV has also recently launched a new dance music-focused channel called Club MTV, find out more here
