Leeds’ "largest-ever" warehouse venue to open from team behind Arrival

A new venue is opening in Leeds, promising to be the city’s "largest-ever warehouse experience" in nightlife.

Vault is opening from the team behind Arrival Events, one of Leeds’ most prominent promoters in electronic music, previously hosting events at venues including TESTBED and Under The Arches.

Arrival shared a teaser video of the new space on Instagram last week (July 13), revealing some imagery of the warehouse itself along with videos from past Arrival events.

"Year by year, unlocking the true potential of Leeds," they wrote. "Now, we unlock the city’s largest-ever warehouse experience."

Vault will also take over a "brand new, never before used space", they revealed, though it’s currently unclear where that is. No further details, including line-ups or its opening date, have been revealed just yet.

The Vault team encouraged those interested to sign up for first access to tickets, and shared a series of photos of the new industrial space.

Earlier this year, the team behind Leeds’ beloved Mint Club revealed that they’re set to open a brand new 2,500-capacity venue in September, eight years after Mint Club was shuttered.

The new space, named Mint XL, will feature multiple rooms and will operate with a strict no-phone policy on its dancefloors to "keep the focus on the music".

Elsewhere in Leeds, a new electronic music-focused record store opened this month - a collaboration between vinyl experts Plant & Deck and Leeds-based record store Peppermint Records.
