Everything Phillip Lauer touches to gold.

He's been producing since the 90s, and can always be counted on to deliver records of the highest quality, whether it's working solo or in the number of collaborative projects he's involved in such as Tuff City Kids with Gerd Janson or Arto Mwambe with Christian Beißwenger.

Lauer's mastery of his craft is reflected in the string of revered labels that comprise his discography, with releases having arrived through Permanent Vacation, Running Back, Live At Robert Johnson, Beats In Space Records, Innervisions, and so on.

His DJing skills are also top notch; we caught him playing the main room of Fabric last September and were completely blown away. He's also a favourite at Offenbach's Robert Johnson club just outside his hometown of Frankfurt where he makes regular appearances.

Futureboogie are putting out his next release, which features the irresistible 'Killian'. The track drives kinetically from its foundation with a strong bassline and soars upwards into blissful territory with choral pads and a sparkling synth melody. Listen below.
