Los Angeles singer Kelela has collaborated with Bolivian-American musician Elysia Crampton on two brand new tracks, ʻFinal Examʼ and ʻReference Track Scrapeʼ.

With American conceptual artist Adrian Piper on the lyrics, the outcome produced is gothic and sinister. ʻFinal Examʼ is sultry and ambient, while ʻReference Track Scrapeʼ is somewhat punchy, taking what seems like the same soothing vocals and building them into a synthy, drum-heavy escapade adventure.

This is the first time the pair have joined together to work on original material, despite being involved with numerous remixes and edits in the past. This is part of a collaborative album called 'Anthem' for the ninth Berlin Biennale.

Check out ʻFinal Examʼ and ʻReference Track Scrapeʼ below.
