Enigmatic electronic pop musician Jai Paul has announced his first ever live shows in New York and London.

New York ballot winners will be notified on April 24, while London winners will find out on May 4. Tickets will be limited to two per ballot winner.

It comes just after making his live debut at California’s Coachella Festival, which took place on Saturday (April 15), where he was backed, by a full live band that included his brother A.K. Paul on guitar, Fabiana Palladino on bass and Isaac Kizito playing the drums.

He performed tracks from his infamously leaked album of demos, 'Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones)' which gained a full digital release in 2019, as well as a brand new track ‘So Long’.

Last week, XL Recordings released ‘Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones)’ on vinyl for the very first time, with the 3000 records selling out in a matter of seconds.

Before his debut live set at Coachella, Paul released a statement to fans via Reddit, in which he acknowledged his nervousness. He wrote: “Yoo it’s Jai. This weekend I’m going to be playing my first ever live show and I’m not gonna lie I’m absolutely shitting it.

“Anyway just wanted to acknowledge the real heads over here and let u lot know how much I appreciate you lot sticking it out with me for all this time,” he continued.
