Kromestar returns to his iconic IronSoul moniker for the first time in seven years on a peach of a 12" here.
The grainy bass fuzz and pitched-up, chiptune vocal samples on opener 'E-Motion' grabbed us instantly but it's the vivid, rich sounds on 'Feelin' You' that really captivate: think lush, full-blooded melodies and smooth, glossy textures. Final track 'The Essence' continues the theme, this time working harder, grittier bass tones but to the same resounding effect.
We're glad he's back.
