Innervisions party in Barcelona cancelled due to licensing issues

Licensing issues have caused Innervisions' Lost In A Moment party in Barcelona to be cancelled.

Penned in to take place on June 21 at El Castell De Montjuic, a 17th century castle also used as a military prison, fellow promoters IR have now announced that it'll no longer be happening.

"After many months of hard work and planning together with the Innervisions team, we regret to inform that due to new regulations in Barcelona and the Montjuic area, our licence has not been granted for Lost In A Moment to take place at El Castell de Montjuic.

"We have to assume our responsibility for announcing in advance and are feeling your same disappointment and frustration, but at that moment we could not foresee this change in licence regulation concerning the Montjuic Area (and alternative locations) after many years of promoting events in this area of the city."

IR also said they are "extremely sorry" for the cancellation, but still have a whole host of other parties taking place in June with the likes of DJ Harvey, Dixon, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Ben Klock.
