Watch the trailer for Seth Troxler's acid house party in London
He's taking 'Acid Future' to Tobacco Dock on August 8
Seth Troxler's heading to London on August 8, throwing his own acid house party.
The Michigan man will take over Tobacco Dock in East London and take a whole load of worldwide artists along for the ride.
He's had a couple of things to say on EDM in the past and he reckons acid house is the reason there's not many EDM events in the capital, therefore coming up with the idea for 'Acid Future'.
"Recently I've been quite outspoken about my misgivings on the rise of EDM and the culture that surrounds it - but I've also noticed that the UK and specifically London, possibly my favourite city in the world, doesn't have much of an EDM scene at all.
"This got me thinking as to why this might be and the simple answer is… acid house."
No one else has been announced yet, but pre-sale tickets will be available here from April 27 with general tickets going on sale three days later.
Watch the trailer below, featuring a bunch of vintage news clips highlighting the war on acid house.
