IMOGEN shares latest single from forthcoming EP on Tresor Records
'Summer Kiss' is a glittering, saturated club-focused affair
IMOGEN has shared the latest single from her forthcoming EP landing via Tresor Records next month, 'Summer Kiss'.
The track is a shimmering driving techno affair, propelled onwards by its swirling synth lines and hefty percussives, contributing to the overall narrative of the body of work, which explores the concept of resilience.

'Metanoia', the name of the EP, builds upon said notion, with the term a theological one meaning a fundamental change of mind or spiritual conversion.
Each track title - 'Tired Bones', 'Growing in the Dark', 'Breathe Again' and 'Melancholy Flower' - reflect periods of the musician and Wigs labelhead's recent life, navigating sadness, anger, acceptance and newfound self-actualisation.
"This EP was the result of one of the most challenging years of my life, but I l also learned so much about myself during this time,” IMOGEN tells Mixmag. “‘Summer Kiss’ is a track to celebrate the liberation of when things in life got brighter again.”
