The Lab is Mixmag and Smirnoff Sound Collective's weekly live stream, powered by Void Acoustics, where we showcase the finest DJs direct from our world famous international office party. This week Sydney locals Human Movement are bringing their high-energy techno party to The Lab SYD.

The fresh-on-the-scene duo created a storm with their debut EP ‘Dancing Room’, reaching number 17 on the iTunes Electronic Charts, and the single hitting number three on the Spotify Viral Charts. The gritty debut featured Eekkoo (Deadmau5’s Mau5trap signee), with Club Cheval’s Panteros666 on the remix, and a national tour to boot.

Their latest two-track 'Subcity' EP is a deep ride into their dark, slow-building brand of techno. Not afraid of burning the candle at both ends, Human Movement released both EPs on their own imprint BEHM, gaining notoriety for their infamous raves around Sydney and beyond.

You can catch Human Movement playing at Australia’s premier festival Splendour In The Grass later this month, plus grab a free download of the Subcity EP right here.

The Smirnoff Sound Collective is all about bringing fans closer to the DJs, providing up and coming talent with a solid platform and throwing unique events where fans and artists can party together. Check out more from the Sound Collective here
