Harvey Sutherland calls out H&M for using track without permission

Melbourne boogie/courtroom don Harvey Sutherland has called out retail giant H&M for using one of his tracks in an advertisement without permission.
The fast fashion chain posted a video for a new jeans campaign to Instagram featuring Sutherland's track 'Bamboo' on Tuesday (February 6).
Several commenters feeling the vibe asked what the track was and received official replies from the retailer that it "does not have a name" and was "specifically produced for us to use in this ad."
Sutherland, real name Mike Katz, was quick on it, though, pointing out in the comments it was in fact his production and had been used without approval, licence or credit.
Katz knows what he's talking about, too. He isn't just a gun with a synthesiser, he's also a solicitor with boutique firm Studio Legal, which specialises in intellectual property, media, commercial, technology and entertainment law.
But despite repeated requests for the company to get in touch, he still hasn't received a response, the ABC reports.
