London venue Netil 360 has been acquired by nightlife collective, The Night Group.

The venue will join the organisation's portfolio of venues, including Hackney Central's Night Tales and NT's Loft — which is located within Netil House in London Fields, Hackney.

“This is a site we’ve long admired,” said Louis Hyams, founder of The Night Group. “Netil 360 has been part of the East London fabric for over a decade. It aligns with our values, our community focus, and our ambition to keep building sustainable spaces where culture and connection thrive.”

In a press release, The Night Group said that it plans to "evolve" Netil 360's current offering while "honouring the venue’s laid-back charm and community roots". The group shared plans to offer Napoli-style pizzas, local beers, natural wines and "independent drink brands doing great things".

The then-seperate teams behind Netil 360 and NT's Loft had appealed for support in January after proposals to develop a neighbouring building into a six-storey luxury flat complex were submitted to Hackney Council.

In a now-deleted, joint-statement on Instagram, the venues had said: “We want to stop Hackney falling further into this spiral for more overpriced apartments. This is also one of many proposals put forward following demands to change the plans to avoid obstruction, that have not been met.”

In March, Hackney Council approved the proposals, though according to documents from the planning committee, councillors claimed the two venues were not "incompatible with neighbouring residential properties."

The committee noted that the Netil 360 and NT's loft campaign had generated "significant interest" from residents objecting to the proposals; the approved plans now stipulate that the developer will offer 50% of the units in the development as affordable housing.
