Gesaffelstein reveals mysterious countdown on his website

The French producer painfully teases us once again

When it comes to abrasive electro and darkness-drenched techno, Gesaffelstein is your man.

The elusive Frenchman punished our eardrums with his debut album 'Aleph' back in 2013, which came accompanied by the now-retired, retina-dazzling live show, but it's been a while since we've heard any new original material.

Sure he's worked with Jean-Michel Jarre on his upcoming album and scored the Cannes-selected film 'Disorder' featuring Diane Kruger, but no brand new cuts from the techno titan.

We're thinking this could all change very soon though as Gesa's website has been cleared of all content, except a timer.

The website now only possesses a timer, that's currently sat at 60 days, and an extremely eerie, high-pitched noise in the background.

In typical Gesaffelstein fashion, we've been left in the dark, but head over to his website to get yourself suitably hyped and mark September 11 in your diaries, that's when shit gets real.
