GAIKA has dropped a short film to accompany his 'Security' mixtape

GAIKA released his 'Security' mixtape in April and now the Brixton-based musician has shared a short film to go with it.

The hazy visuals relate to a "concept of fear", he says, soundtracked by the mixtape's moody blend of grime, dancehall and trap.

As the film flicks between scenes of drug use, skyline views of London, dancers and GAIKA himself, messages such as "please commit crime", "your country needs fear" and "your city needs you" appear on the screen.

GAIKA heads to the Roundhouse in London next month for Club 88, a gig that'll combine with Curtain Call, a 360-degree installation by Ron Arad.
