Fur Coat
Rigourous synth-heavy cut from the Barcelona-based duo
With releases on Crosstown Rebels, Hot Creations and BPitch Control, it's safe to say Venezuelan-originating, Barcelona-based duo Fur Coat are backed by some real key players.
Last year's 'There's No Time' EP on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss' HC was a proper smash, with the title track a certainty to mess with your mind. That followed the 'U Turn' EP on Damian Lazarus' Crosstown, a tasty four-tracker of sizzling grooves.
Soon they make their debut for Balance, mixing the 'Balance presents Fur Coat' compilation featuring cuts by DJ Koze, Francesca Lombardo, Roman Flügel and a couple from themselves.
We've got the exclusive of 'Monday' and it's yet another piece of typical Fur Coat production: all ragged, fizzing synth work that'll completely blow you away.
'Balance presents Fur Coat' is out on May 18 and they launch the release at Fabric on May 2
