Fresh Prince actor Alfonso Ribeiro has sued Fortnite for using the 'Carlton Dance'

Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton on the show, has sued the creators of video game Fortnite over the use of his popular ‘Carlton Dance’.

Ribeiro, who in 2014 won America’s Dancing With The Stars, is said to have claimed the game "unfairly profited" from his infamous dance moves.

In a separate lawsuit, he is also taking action against 2K Games, creators of NBA 2K, who he claims similarly exploited his signature moves.

Ribeiro is now in the process of copyrighting the dance.
