‘$oul $old $eparately’ is about Gibbs’ “refusal to compromise his morals or integrity under the pressures of the industry,” he told HYPEBEAST.
“Me and Lambo, man, we really stuck it out,” he added. “And now I can stand at the mountaintop of this. I feel like I’ve been so underrated and overlooked and underappreciated in the rap game. I feel like I’m just now starting to get my flowers, and I’m gonna take them motherfuckers. If they wasn’t gonna give them to me, I was gonna take that shit.”
As part of the hype around the album, a website based on the album has been made by Gibbs’ team styled around the concept of the $$$ Resort and Casino.
The casino website allows fans to pre-order the album and visits the Kane store where you can pre-order ‘$oul $old $eperately’ merch.
