Four Tet sent fans' hype levels spiralling earlier this year when he teased the prospects of a new album, and today he has taken to Twitter to announce that the highly-anticipated project is complete.

Simply stating “The new album is done”, the tweet comes just months after he took to Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show to debut new material and revealed he'd been “making music for the past 10 months".

And from 'Two Thousand and Seventeen' to 'Planet', the British musician has been spoiling us over recent months as he offers up stellar single after single - with his latest offering 'SW9 9SL' far from an exception.

The new tune mysteriously dropped yesterday, and appears to hint at the O2 Academy Brixton's recognisable postcode in typical elusive Four Tet fashion.

Is it a clue? A hint? We're not quite sure. One thing we do know however is that the new tune is a delicate dancefloor delight - so be sure to tune in now.

Check the tweet and 'SW9 9SL' below.
