Four Tet tweeted a picture of the studio he made ninth album 'New Energy' in and inspired a new meme on Twitter.
After tweeting “This is where I recorded and mixed the record and all the gear that I used”, with a photo of a humble studio looking into a wooded area, his tweet sent fans - and DJs - around the world into a meme frenzy, sharing photos of their own ‘studio’ and ‘all the gear’ they used.
Kode9, Paul Woolford, ScratchaDVA and Jubilee were among the selectors and producers to tweet their own 'setups'.
Chicago-based Telefon Tel Aviv also chimed in and composer Ethan Iverson showed us his studio, with Twin Peaks' Dale Cooper and his doughnuts.
At least Four Tet has seen the funny side...
