Four Tet donated a vinyl copy of an unreleased album made in 2021, titled ‘⣎⡇ꉺლ༽இ•̛)ྀ◞ ༎ຶ ༽ৣৢ؞ৢ؞ؖ ꉺლ’, to a charity raffle for War Child.

The record was donated for Resident Advisor’s pop-up record fair named ‘Dig Deep’ in aid of The Right To Dance, a fundraising platform set up by UK charity War Child supporting children affected by war through collaborative efforts in dance music.

The event took place at Hackney Wick's All My Friends across November 25 to 26, offering the chance to win records donated by artists, a pair of Audio-Technica turntables and cartridges, along with a Xone mixer, and two tickets to Field Maneuvers 2024.

Artists including Luke Una, Joe Armon Jones, Lex Amor, Midland, Shanti Celeste, Call Super, and Yazmin Lacey donated records to the charity raffle, as well as labels such as !K7, Defected, and Ninja Tune.

Other raffle options included a set of Dig Deep slipmats along with a tote bag, and a mystery medley pack of donated records, including the unreleased, self-titled record from Four Tet under his ⣎⡇ꉺლ༽இ•̛)ྀ◞ ༎ຶ ༽ৣৢ؞ৢ؞ؖ ꉺლ alias.

The album is the sole full-length release from Four Tet under the alias, made in 2021. The record has since become much sought-after, never released on streaming platforms or as a physical format.

Four Tet previously donated 1000 copies of 2017 album 'New Energy' to Oxfam.

Earlier this year, Four Tet announced that he's working on his first new record in three years. The album, currently under the provisional name ‘TEXT055’, would mark the producer’s 12th studio record to date.

“Planning to get new music out before the shows start. Got stuff I'm making with William Tyler too,” he tweeted in April.
