Focalistic in The Lab Johannesburg

Eclectic artist Focalistic blends amapiano and hip hop seamlessly to have his own personal twist. The musician from Garankuwa, South Africa, has already made his mark in the underground music world due to his array of influences and his expansive style. In the words of the 25-year-old, it is best described as "Pina Tsa Ko Kasi," which loosely translates to "township songs."

Having collaborated with the likes of DJ Maphorisa, Diamond Platnumz, Vigro Deep, and creating an EP with Davido, Focalistic has cemented that he is a name in the game that shouldn't be forgotten. Some of his hit songs that he has made or been featured in include 'Gupta', 'Ke Star', 'Champion Sound' and 'Iyo'.

He will be joined by both Tumisho and Kmat at The Lab Johannesburg. Tumisho is a rising star in the South African scene who has released a compilation with DJ Manzo. Tumisho believes in the power of music, and wants to keep spreading the joy that music can bring to others.
