With Flowdan lending his ever-recognisable voice and lyricism, this time rapping about his determination and unity over Innellea's syncopated breaks, off-kilter melody and pointed synths, the release is also accompanied by a hard-hitting music video to reinforce the message behind the cut:

"Sometimes we struggle to leave an environment that is harmful to us. These environments hold our self-worth hostage; we find ourselves in an inner prison," explains video director Marco Fumolo. "When I was in this situation, I remember the pivotal question from a good friend: 'why be somewhere where people make you feel unloved, when there are so many places where you are loved?'. I want to share this message with this film, hoping it helps others. When Innellea first showed me this track, it was immediately clear to me that it provided the perfect stage for this story."
"'Forward Forever' is about relentless progress regardless of life's obstacles," Flowdan tells Mixmag. "This collab with Flowdan is probably one of my favourites of the album," adds Innellea. "Without knowing the whole theme of the LP, Flowdan blindly hit the nail with his lyrics and transferred the energy of the instrumental. We know there is a way out of all this madness, but we have to find it ourselves."

Innella's debut album, 'The Belonging', is set to be released in full in February 2024, packed with international collaborators, each track meandering through the Munich artist's melodic house and techno soundscapes. The project as a whole, it is hoped, will construct a "collective catharsis for all to share" with each release phase - this Flowdan collaboration being one - forming a "powerful standalone experience".
