FLOHIO announces debut album ‘Out Of Heart’, alongside new single 'SPF'

British-Nigerian rap artist, FLOHIO has revealed news of her debut album ‘Out Of Heart’ alongside dropping a new single ‘SPF’.

The highly anticipated record is said to include lots of synths, and percussion as well as some brand-new verses from FLOHIO across 12 tracks produced by God Colony and Speech.

Taking almost two years to make, FLOHIO says: “I grew up around the time of games like Playstations and Nintendos; I’m bringing back the nostalgia of me in my living room playing games with my friends at age 10.

Game soundtracks like Final Fantasy and Super Mario. I wanted [Out of Heart] to speak to my inner child and where it all started while bringing me back to now and who I am today.”

In March 2021, FLOHIO was one of Mixmag’s cover stars and told us: "I’m always trying to be better than the last track. ‘No Panic No Pain’ is my proudest moment simply because it made me realise I could do more but THIS.IS.NOT.AN.ALBUM. Don't even put them in the same page, that music is in the works, and trust you won't even be ready for what's coming next!”

FLOHIO's 'No Panic No Pain' 10-track mixtape was released in 2020 and featured production from Cadenza, HLMNSRA, Take A Daytrip, Genio. FRED, J-E-T-S and KMIO.
