US rapper Danny Brown has accused Die Antwoord member Ninja of sexually assaulting him in a nightclub in Paris.

Brown shared this allegation whilst on the ‘2 Bears, 1 Cave’ podcast in which he said that the incident happened at an afterparty.

“I was a single, experimenting man at the time, but he was too aggressive,” Brown said. “He sat on my lap, he started trying to kiss me and shit, doing weird shit, and I’m like, ‘Man, you tripping.'”

Brown is confident it was Ninja from Die Antwoord after being shown a photo of him and said: “Yeah, Ninja. Ninja tried to fuck me. I’m sorry. I was scared.”

He adds that he could’ve “cancelled” Ninja for the incident and mentioned the #MeToo movement when saying: “I was sexually assaulted by Ninja.”

Later on, Brown says that Ninja also asked what hotel he was staying in but after Brown refused to say, Ninja replied: “Don’t worry, I’ll find you.”

Brown adds that he started “pounding drinks”, and thought that he may have to “stab” Ninja if he was to enter his hotel room.

Earlier this year, Die Antwoord were accused of child abuse by their adopted son, Gabriel ‘Tokkie’ du Preez.

South African news outlet, News24 reported that du Preez accused the duo of “adopt[ing] me to be a slave”. “They made me feel like I was actually a slave,” he said. “They made me feel like I wasn’t really being loved.”

Suffering from a rare skin disease known as hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, du Preez added: “They made me believe I was the devil. They made me swear more and made me believe that I could burn people in hell and that I am the king of hell. They told me that I could bring darkness upon the world.”
