We try to be as varied as possible on the electro page and although the louder, bassier side isn't really our bag, we try to cover everything.

Culprate aren't an act we've covered before but one look at their SoundCloud and there's clearly a mass appeal for the producer from Bristol.

The 'Mask' EP will arrive on his own label Open Outlets and is four tracks of no-hold-barred bass-infused electro. 'Be You' actually has a really nice intro, it's sweet and delicate yet driving with something bubbling under the surface.

Big builds unfortunately reveal a pretty heinous drop. It can't decide whether it's meant to be disgustingly heavy or intricate and pleasant.

'Switch' follows a similar glitchy yet constant beat and the title track 'Mask'? Well that's pretty weird. Mixed bag this one.
