Costa Rica's Ocaso Festival reveals lineup with Jamie Jones, H.O.S.H and more
Pura vida!
Costa Rica’s Ocaso Underground Music Festival has announced the lineup for its third edition in 2019, featuring Jamie Jones, H.O.S.H, Magdalena, Andreas Henneberg and more.
Taking place from January 2 to 7, the event will return to its coastal home of Tamarindo Playa - an adventurous and picturesque surfing town replete with lush jungles and gorgeous beaches.
Ocaso Festival demonstrates Costa Rica’s readiness to showcase its homegrown electronic music talents while also serving as a platform for global techno and house talents to share their sounds with the country's friendly and enthusiastic scene.
This year's lineup also includes Dirtybird star Sacha Robotti, Gene Farris, Desert Hearts brethren Mikey Lion and Lee Reynolds, West Coast rave leader Doc Martin, Kevin Knapp and more.
Aside from the music, patrons can explore Tamarindo Playa in many ways, like snorkeling the coral reefs, scuba diving, surfing, racing ATVs and zip lining through jungles. For those looking to relax, local cuisine, bars and spas are on offer, while the party begins at night.
