Cityfox celebrates live performances with its first all live event

NYC's immersive party purveyors The Cityfox Experience have announced the debut of Cityfox LIVE, a new event concept that celebrates the live performance in electronic music.

Taking place on Saturday, February 16 from 10 PM to 4:30 AM at Avant Gardner in Brooklyn; the event will host a diverse selection of leading live house and techno acts, wild audiovisual sets and a few US debuts. The acts picked for this special event include Âme LIVE, Stephan Bodzin, Giorgia Angiuli, Octave One, Johannes Brecht, Rodriguez Jr. & Liset Alea present RJLA, VRIL, two rare back-to-back sets with Mathew Jonson and more alongside John Tejada and Reggie Watts who will perform together as Wajatta for their New York debut.

Speaking to Mixmag about their upcoming performance, the LA-based duo had this to say: "It is exciting to make our Wajatta NYC debut at Cityfox Live. Since we only play live, the way Cityfox curates is the perfect opportunity for us. John has played Cityfox events before in Zurich and New York, as well as having done a remix for the label, so it is exciting for Wajatta to join the Cityfox family".
