Beste Modus showcase in The Lab LDN
Cinthie, Diego Krause, stevn.aint.leavn, Ed Herbst and Albert Vogt represent one of the most in-demand labels around
The Lab LDN is Mixmag and Smirnoff Sound Collective's weekly live stream, powered by Void Acoustics, where we showcase the finest DJs direct from our world famous office party. This week we are incredibly excited to welcome one of the freshest sounding and most in-demand vinyl labels around Beste Modus.
This Friday we welcome the full label line-up featuring Cinthie, Diego Krause, stevn.aint.leavn, Ed Herbst and Albert Vogt. Every single one of the East German collective's releases to date have sold-out, with their debut only sticking around on shelves for 48 hours. Their power house sound is full of soul, made strictly for the dance floor and has been influenced by the killer combination of industrial techno, Chicago house, funk and hip hop.
Locally, the crew are best known for its Berlin label nights at Watergate or Ipse where they play alongside kindred spirits like Kerri Chandler, Brawther, Jeremy Underground, Malin Genie and many others.
The guys have loads in the pipe-line including Beste 06, Beste 06.5 as well as a 2nd release on sister label Beste Freunde and Unison Wax 04, a label set up especially for Diago Krause.
You can tune in from the usual time of 4.30pm BST for a Lab that simply can't be missed. For German viewers this Lab will be available at 20:00 GMT
The Smirnoff Sound Collective is all about bringing fans closer to the DJs. Giving up and coming talent a platform and throwing unique events where fans and artists can party together. Check out more from the Sound Collective here
