Ben Westbeech's DJ alias of Breach came good with this slice of Ibiza-perfect bumping house and a refrain so universal, they were singing it back in Timbuktu.

Flume took one of Disclosure's poppiest cuts and turned it into a string laden slice of grandiose melancholia.

Paul Woolford's Special Request alias made a massive noise in 2013, but it was this driving, piano-led house anthem that reigned supreme in clubs since its release in July.

1. Daft Punk 'Get Lucky' (Columbia)
Let's face it, from the moment it stole the show at Coachella when a 30-second clip was played on the big screen, its position at the top of our chart was never in doubt. 'Get Lucky' punctured the reign of everything-but-the-kitchen-sink rave-pop in one fell sequinned-jacket swoop, and announced the biggest musical return in living memory. Nile Rodgers, Pharrell, Daft Punk and the biggest chorus this side of 'One More Time'. How could it have possibly failed?
