BBC Radio 1 confirms Annie Mac, Pete Tong, B.Traits for Ibiza event
Their sets will be broadcast live from Ushuaïa on August 5
On her Friday night show Annie Mac revealed the line-up for Radio 1’s Summer of Dance in Ibiza.
On August 5 herself, Pete Tong, Danny Howard, B. Traits, George FitzGerald, Heidi, MistaJam, Toddla T, DJ Target and Kölsch will perform at Ushuaïa in Playa d’en Bossa.
Every year Radio 1 return to the White Isle for a summer party and the event will be broadcast live on Radio 1 7pm to 11pm GMT on August 5.
Annie Mac said: “It’s such a great line-up of DJs from hugely established legends like Pete Tong to brand new members of our family like Danish producer Kolsch - we’ll be covering everything from grime to garage to jungle to house to techno - and it’s gonna be great fun.”
Over the weekend The Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw, Danny Howard and MistaJam will also be hosting shows directly from Ibiza Carl Cox will provide a live Essential Mix.
