Audio-visual artist Howe releases new EP, ‘Forever’
It’s accompanied by visuals for the namesake single
London-based audio-visual artist Howe has released his new EP, ‘Forever’ via Higglers.
The EP features singles ‘Rain’ - a saturated, electronic ode to Destiny Child’s - and his recent audio-visual, ‘A YELLOW FLOWER’. There’s also two previously unheard singles: ‘CRYSTAL DAGGER’ and ‘FOREVER’.
The videos for ‘FOREVER’ dropped alongside the EP release, directed and edited by Howe.

On his latest creation, Howe explains: “This is an exploration of modern day loneliness, blue light washes over the faces of despondent floating heads as they stare into the void. Aged digital avatars catch their gaze and stare as if looking back from an imagined digital future.”
The decision to release ‘Forever’ via Higglers is notable also. A label that explores sonic space, sound design and pushes the boundaries on conventional dance and electronic music cultures, Higglers gives each release artist total artistic freedom to explore and present their art however they wish.
"We see club music exploration equally as much about sound design as it is about rolling dance floor polyrhythmic elements,” explain label heads Jay Heston and Kai Doggett.
“We believe, using these driving sonic factors as our focal points will allow us to explore and express this project - Higglers - to always bring new, thought provoking and inspiring music to the spaces within which we operate.”

Howe’s release exemplifies the creative exploration that Higglers provides, which enabled him to create the ‘Forever’ EP to reflect his love of cinema, visual art and music.
2020 saw the release of his debut EP, ‘Fallen’, and following this he has curated several large-scale interactive audio-visual art installations for music festivals and gallery spaces. He’s composed scores for various other installations and videos, too.
