The Irish presenter announced she would be leaving Radio 1 in April, to focus on family and her literary career.
Ahead of the show on Friday, Radio 1 and Annie Mac asked listeners to reply to a thread on Twitter with their favourite tracks from the past 17 years.
Annie played hits such as Wankelmut's 'My Head is a Jungle', Yeah Yeah Yeah's 'Heads Will Roll', Tensnake's 'Coma Cat', Mella Dee's 'Warehouse Disco Tool' and finishing with one of her "all-time favourite songs" - DJ Rolando 'Knights of the Jaguar'.
Annie signed off her show saying: "There's one thing I've forgotten to say, as a 43-year-old woman, life is short, it goes by really, really fast, it thunders by."
