Celebrities are infiltrating the government
The notion that celebrity politicians may soon take over the government is fast becoming apparent as an “official committee” has formed to make Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson a candidate for US president in 2020.
With a campaign slogan of “Run The Rock 2020″ registered with the Federal Election Commission, the wrestler and actor is all but locked in to make a push for the White House.
Back in May in an interview with GQ, Johnson criticized Trump and discussed how he would act if he were president: “Personally, I feel that if I were president, poise would be important. Leadership would be important. Taking responsibility for everybody. [If I didn't agree with someone] on something, I wouldn't shut them out. I would actually include them.”
It’s still too early to tell whether The Rock will actually run for president, but as of now the possibility is seemingly high.
