Amsterdam is launching an annual event which allows clubbers into 20 clubs for the price of one.

Spearheaded by night mayor Mirik Milan, Nacht voor de Nacht includes entry to Melkweg, Shelter (pictured), Claire, De School, Radion and more for €15, with Lil' Louis and Tama Sumo among those playing on February 25.

The official website reads: "Night before the night is an initiative of Foundation N8BM A'DAM. Night Mayor is an active interlocutor for all participants in the night. This includes creative, the city government stakeholders such as clubs and festivals but residents are not forgotten in the process."

Launching to promote diversity, the city-wide event also entails a dinner at Rijksmuseum's RIJKS restaurant and a debate with club staff and council members.

Mirik Milan said: "You can check the entire width of the Amsterdam nightlife out in one night. We have a hardstyle party in the Westerunie to techno in 24-hour clubs like De School and Shelter.

"There's hip hop in the Jimmy Woo and Disco Dolly [event], while different types of house are blasting in the large halls of the Marktkantine and Elementstraat, and eclectic nights are going on in pop temples like Melkweg and Paradiso."
