Alicai Harley shares infectious new single, ‘Proper Paper’
The new release follows up her summer hit ‘Naah Done’
Kingston-born, London-based artist Alicai Harley has shared a brand new single titled ‘Proper Paper’.
In typical Alicai fashion ‘Proper Paper’ is an infectious dancehall-inflected earworm that encompasses the sounds of the UK with a clear nod to her Jamaican hometown.
The track premiered this week (October 18) via Julie Adenuga’s Beats 1 show and follows up her hit single ‘Naah Done’. The cut (alongside other offerings including dynamic breakthrough single ‘Gold’) has been heavily supported by a slew of key players including the likes of Toddla T, Mista Jam and Sian Anderson.
