Adidas Originals has linked up with TfL for a London Underground-themed drop

Adidas Originals has linked up with Transport for London for a collaboration that pays homage to the London Underground.

The release features three of the Adidas Original’s most recognisable styles but with an underground flavour.

Dropping this Saturday in the first of the three collaboration packs, the limited edition ‘Oyster Club Pack’ includes only 1500 pairs of the revamped Temper Run, Continental 80 and ZX 500RM.

Retailing at £80, all three kicks reflect a different aspect of TfL history, spotlighting the 15th anniversary of London’s Oyster Card.

First on the line-up is the London Underground inspired ZX 500RM.

Featuring the iconic red and blue colours of the tube network, the pair also has the ‘Hidden London’ roundel printed on its right tongue, which pays homage to all the disused tube stations across the city.

Styled to reflect the world’s first ever underground line, the Metropolitan, Continental 80 has been reimagined to feature a maroon side stripe.

Seemingly the pinnacle of the Adidas x TfL collection, the Temper Run boasts its original chunky look with the well-known ‘Mind the Gap’ logo on its tongue.

And if all that wasn’t tempting enough, for every purchase that is made, you’ll get an £80 topped up oyster card along with a unique Adidas Originals x TfL leather wallet.

If this has you hyped, check the Adidas acid house drop and these Oktoberfest-themed sneakers.
