Someone's set to make a lot of money from a rare set of gold Technics GLD SL-1200s.

DJ equipment company Deck Converters has made an eBay listing for the "extremely limited" decks, pricing them at a massive £12,000. The cost includes two original GLD head shells with 4G weights, two Ortofon Gold concordes, two gold 45 adaptors, lids and two tonearm weights and subweights.

Approximately 20 of the decks were available in the UK back in 2004, according to the listings, and this set comes in its original boxing and also has consecutive UK edition serial numbers.

Anyone looking to splash the cash will have to book in for a viewing, though, in a bid "to stop timewasters".

Check out the listing here and images in the gallery above.
