It's been a busy year for us here at Mixmag as we have tried to bring you some of the world's best musical exclusives. Working tirelessly over the past 12 months, we have had hundreds of premieres in tracks and remixes to show off and we don't think we've let you down.

There have been tracks from some of the biggest names in the game to those just breaking through, but one things for sure, we've always supplied you with endlessly fresh bangers. Here, we've ranked the biggest and best tracks that you couldn't get enough of throughout the year, as we brought them to you before anyone else.

10 Andhim & Super Flu 'Mr. Bass'

German duo Andhim have fucking smashed it this year. The larger-than-life selectors have been peaking recently with a slew of stunning, emotion-laced house cuts and alongside their charismatic personas and DJ sets, they're conquering the world one club at a time.

We've backed the guys from the start, having featured them in the Lab London in April, and this track is a deep and extended journey through delicate chords, tantalising builds and epic breakdowns. The drops roll into one another to create something that doesn't just please the senses, but rather tease them.

9 Monkey Safari 'Cranes' (Kölsch remix)

Over a year since founding their label Hommage, and issuing its first release, 'Home', Monkey Safari came back with this brand new beat. The German brothers are purveyors of delightful, sun-kissed house, guaranteeing succulent and smooth jams each and every time.

They remixed Kölsch back in 2013, but the boot's on the other foot with this one. It might be over 10 minutes long but, as he always does, Kölsch keeps you fixated for the duration, turning in a beautiful feather-light remix depicting a woozy summertime haze.

8 Crookers feat Jeremih 'I Just Can't' (GTA remix)

Last year we hosted a crazy free download of Skitzofrenix's remix of 'Ghetto Guetta' by Crookers. Once again Crookers have made it back into our music section, this time with American duo GTA turning their hand at remixing, who have been smashing it up recently selling out venues all over the US.

Their abrasive strain of electronic music packs a bit more punch than your average and they're one of the most popular duos in America at the moment. The track is a chunky and dense bass cut, one that bridges the gap between EDM and wobbly, low-end house music. Check it.

7 Flight Facilities 'Two Bodies' (Robag Wruhme's Endara Wassby remix)

Last year the hotly-anticpated debut album 'Down To Earth' by Flight Facilities was released and the Australian duo are now soaring at dizzying heights they've not reached before. 'Two Bodies' features the vocal talents of Emma Louise and was transformed by German king of weird and wonderful techno, Robag Wruhme.

His 'Endera Wassaby' remix is a frankly beautiful composition and follows Robag's winning formula. He slices and dices the track and adds a whole new level of depth by combining utterly serene synths with abrasive yet magical tones. It's a hard one to describe so listen below and fully immerse yourself in Robag's intelligent vision, you won't be disappointed.

6 Technasia & Green Velvet 'Suga'

One for the Ibiza lovers out there. Whether you were already basking in the island's sun, preparing for an epic holiday with the lads and/or lasses or wishing you'd sorted your EasyJet flight sooner, this cut from Technasia and Green Velvet transports you straight to the Balearic paradise.

Two musical powerhouses, with Technasia responsible for those oh-so-funky guitar sections and Green Velvet on vocal duty, this one really gets going once that deep low-end bass comes rumbling in. Get your sun cream ready, this one's sizzling.

5 Feed Me 'Spilt Milk'

Feed Me is the UK producer who's made it big stateside and not only is his menacing green monster an instantly recognisable character, his music can also be heard from a mile off. Jon Gooch's rowdy and fiery brand of dubstep, electro and drum-focused noise has blown up over the last three years and his performance at The Lab LA optimises the sound that's made him so big.

'Spilt Milk', released via his own label Sotto Voce, is a razor sharp cut and a 4/4 inclined banger. It's got all the components of a great Feed Me track, stabbing bass, serene builds and a breakneck pace that'll have you swinging from the rafters.

4 Escape feat Daudi Matsiko 'Just Escape' (Justin Martin remix)

'Just Escape' was the Glasgow producer's first EP on Aus Music and he introduced himself with a delicately crafted piece of house swimming in beautiful string work and Daudi Matsiko's crisp vocals.

The remix ain't too bad, either, with Justin Martin bringing that bass-laden Dirtybird punch with him. Wobbling and rumbling, he's transformed it from a daydream crooner into a sharp night-time bouncer.

3 Ed Sheeran & Rudimental ' (Arty Remix)

Let's face it, you don't have to be a genius to know that Ed Sheeran is smacking it out of the park right now. The global sensation rarely crosses over into the dance music world but his track with fellow British world-conquerers Rudimental ticks all the right boxes.

On remix duty for the track is another heavyweight in the form of Russian EDM producer Arty, as the noise-bringing youngster re-imagines 'Bloodstream' for the big room. The track follows a similar formula as most of the progressive bangers out at the moment. Delicate builds with massive vocals, trance-like breakdowns and some synth-laden drops.

2 Gorgon City 'Sky High'

If you're not up-to-date with the movements of Gorgon City then where the fuck have you been hiding? The duo have taken the UK by storm and have made a pretty good job of it stateside too.

Another group we've been backing. They've gone In Session for us, they were one of the first acts to appear in The Lab and they've earned Pete Tong's seal of approval as well. 'Sky High' is as floaty as you'd expect but still packs that bite and low-end undercurrent that you'd expect from the duo.

1 Erick Morillo & Harry Romero feat Shawnee Taylor 'Devotion' (Amine Edge & Dance remix)

Erick Morillo and Harry Romero first got together on last year's 'Let The Freak Out' and it proved to be pretty popular. The release of 'Devotion', featuring the vocals of Shawnee Taylor, is no less exciting. As one of our first premiere's of the year, and most popular, Amine Edge & Dance handle the remix.

If you're not accustomed with Amine Edge & Dance yet, listen to last year's In Session - a seductive and frisky mix of tunes that fall under their G House sound. Their take on 'Devotion' is no different, bumping all over the place with itchy snares, subtle synth swirls and a belting vocal that ensure some real sultry house music.
