Chaos In The CBD
Despite being born and bred in New Zealand, Ben and Louis Helliker-Hales’ music under their Chaos In The CBD moniker fits well into their adopted home, Peckham. Their recent deep house cuts – out on south-east London staples Church and Rhythm Section, among others – come infused with jazz, funk and hip hop, while often evoking the soulfulness of the likes of Theo Parrish and Moodymann.
