Secondcity

There's no doubt that Secondcity is one of the breakout stars of 2014

He scored his first number one back in June with 'I Wanna Feel' and, looking back, you can see exactly why. Its sunny piano keys and rippling bass epitomise the carefree, pop-leaning house that is blowing up everywhere from Ibiza to Miami. Arriving just in time for summer, its cheeky hedonistic vibe launched the Chicago-born, UK-based producer toward the stratosphere.

While he began his career with a 12" on Huxley's Saints & Sonnets in 2013 and released on Defected sub-label DFTD earlier this year, it's as a chart-topping house producer that you'll know Secondcity. His next single features well known house crooner Ali Love and is set for release via Ministry Of Sound, setting him up for another best selling track that'll surely shed some sunshine on the cold UK autumn.

The exclusive In Session mix he's turned in for us shows that he's a deft DJ as well as a producer who hits pop house square on the head. At just over an hour, it features rolling, club-ready cuts (and a lot of unreleased material) that wouldn't sound out of place at the main room of Space. Get stuck in!

'What Can I Do' feat Ali Love is out on October 26 via Ministry Of Sound
