Getting her first set on Glasgow’s bass and grime-focused LVLZ station in 2015, K4CIE soon became one of the most visible members of the city’s burgeoning urban scene, as a member of the Forij collective. Last year the 25-year-old started club night Peach, aiming to open up the scene to women and the LGBTQ+ community. The success of her monthly trap, hip hop and grime-focused Radar Radio show, GLA Nights, won her a promotion to a weekly daytime show in January.
