Here are the winners of Burn Energy and Mixmag’s DJ Open Contest 2026
Following hundreds of entries, we’ve cherry-picked the most exciting emerging DJs to join us on the Burn Energy Tour 2026, bringing incendiary line-ups across Europe and North Africa
Following the successful launch of the Burn Energy DJ Open last year, Mixmag and Burn Energy have once again joined forces to select the best emerging artists to join us on this year’s tour across Europe and North Africa from June to December.
After receiving hundreds of entries, we cherry-picked the finest selectors and technical wizards to perform alongside previously announced headliners Shanti Celeste, Dr Banana, Mozey, MCR-T, TSHA and Nico Moreno on the Burn Energy Tour 2026, the third annual international party series bringing incendiary line-ups around the world.
This year, we’re heading to seven cities and visiting some of the world's hottest underground music scenes while putting a focus on the collectives who make those scenes tick, including ECHO7000 (Marrakech, Morocco), Šaknys (Vilnius, Lithuania), Det Gode Selskab (Oslo, Norway), Antídoto (Madrid, Spain), CRIME (Budapest, Hungary), SAFE&SOUND (Bucharest, Romania) and EXIST (Warsaw, Poland).
With the return of the Burn Energy DJ Open, we’re giving seven budding DJs the opportunity to step onto the main stage at their nearest tour stop, with each winner given a fee, travel, accommodation, a career workshop with Mixmag, and more to support the next steps in their careers. Check out the winners who’ll be joining us on this year’s Burn Energy Tour below.
