20 photos of the adventurous escape at Dirtybird Campout 2019
A glimpse at one of the most unique events taking place in the United States
More often than not, the best festivals in the world are the ones that offer more than just the music. Glastonbury has fields of weird and wonderful things to do for miles on end, Lost Village offers up meals from Hawksmoor and Burning Man, well that's built on art and exploration.
Dirtybird Campout was established in 2015 and since then, it's become one of the most unique and god damn fun festivals on the circuit. Aside from the stellar and diverse line-up of music that included Claude VonStroke, Heidi, Josh Wink, Sherelle and Special Request, the event prides itself on the ridiculously wide range of activities on offer for attendees to get involved with.

Fancy battling it out against your fellow campers? Well there's a whole host of tournaments to participate in. There's dodgeball, the three-legged race, kickball and of course, an obligatory costume boat race.
You can also try your hand at archery, soccer and the water balloon toss before diving into the water activities that include kayaking, paddle-boarding and canoeing. Heavy duty events not your thing? Fear not, there's a whole arts & crafts itinerary that includes totem crafting, screen printing and some good old-fashioned tie dye.
